Shipping

Please review our shipping policies and feel free to contact us with any questions. 

Our standard shipping is through either UPS or USPS mail. 

Clients should receive their orders within 5-7 business days through standard shipping within the continental U.S. 

Clients outside the continental U.S. shipping area, including international clients, should receive their orders within 10-14 business days. (Standard Shipping) 

Second day and overnight shipping are available through UPS. 

All overnight shipping orders must be received and paid for by 12:00 pm noon, Eastern Standard Time, to ensure next day delivery. 

Items can only be shipped to credit card billing addresses and will require a signature upon customers receipt. 

All items are sent with tracking information available for online viewing. 

Please be certain that you enter the correct shipping address, as we will not be responsible for reshipment if you provided an incorrect shipping address. 

All items will ship after payments are received. 

International shipping times on items sent second day or overnight mail will vary according to time schedules. 

Orders outside the continental U.S. may be subject to customs delays and import taxes. Ferrisi Worldwide will not be held responsible for either of these items.

Returns

All refunds will be issued within 10 business days by company check. 

As 75% of our clients are return customers, we do afford them the opportunity to return certain items. Please review the following guidelines prior to contacting us. They describe items that are not eligible for returns.

*All Hermes Handbags and Accessories are final sale. (Not returnable, see Hermes page for details. All Hermes products are guaranteed 100% authentic) 

Items which were damaged after client receipt. 

Items received for more than 7 days 

Items without all original tags attached 

Items without authenticity card 

Items with damaged tags or authenticity cards. 

Items that are not in original condition and packaging. 

Items which are scratched scraped or blemished in any way. 

Items which are missing hardware or straps. 

Items used in any way. 

Please contact us to discuss your particular situation should your item need to be returned for any other reason. We value our clients and we will be more than willing to speak with you.
